About the apartment


Fully renovated 120m² apartment with terrace, on the second floor of a five-story building, with spectacular views of the Alhambra, the Albaicín and Sierra Nevada, fully equipped, with free 750 MB Wi-Fi, in the Los Pajaritos neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from the city center: Gran Vía, the Cathedral, Plaza Nueva, Puerta Real, etc... Next to the train station, in a quiet residential neighborhood, with a varied gastronomic offer, a stone's throw from the Virgen de las Nieves University Hospital, some of the Faculties of the University of Granada and full of all the shops and services you may need while staying with us.


We offer you a private tourist accommodation in a quiet residential building, therefore, we only accept guests who agree to our rules: no parties or events are allowed, smoking is not allowed in any area of the apartment and noise cannot be made from 23:00h to 07:00h, every day of the week, according to the Municipal Ordinance of Citizen Coexistence of Granada.

This 120m² apartment features a living-dining room connected to a modern kitchen, equipped with everything you could need. It also boasts a terrace with awnings and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a snack, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with views that stretch from the Alhambra to the peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains.


If you arrive by train, the apartment is just a one-minute walk away. If you fly, the airport shuttle bus will drop you off two minutes from the apartment. Alternatively, a taxi will take you to your accommodation in fifteen minutes for a fixed price. If you're driving, you won't have to worry about the restrictions (and traffic fines) imposed on private vehicles in Granada's historic center, nor will you need to worry about using your car during your stay, as the apartment is located just two minutes from all public transport stops. Furthermore, the location offers several parking options: you can park on the street, either by paying at a meter or for free (depending on the day and time); the public train station parking garage is right next to our building, and two more underground public parking garages are just two minutes away.


Our holiday apartment is ideal for families and couples, with a maximum capacity of five people. It's located in a central yet quiet area of Granada, a fantastic area for tapas, close to the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel, Gran Vía, the Royal Hospital, the Jardines del Triunfo, the Basilica of San Juan de Dios, the Boulevard of Avenida de la Constitución, and the Royal Monastery of San Jerónimo, among other attractions.

The entrance to the apartment leads you, with an updated decor that combines restored furniture and modern elements, to the spacious living-dining room, with a dining table and six chairs; in one corner, there is a bookshelf with a selection of books, children's books, bookmarks, board games and charging points and USB-C, Lightning and Micro USB cables.


In addition, a Smart TV is located on a side table, allowing you to watch television channels, listen to the radio, or connect via your personal account to major streaming services such as Netflix, Movistar , Prime Video, Max, Disney , etc., along with a DVD player. Also on the same table, you'll find a comprehensive guide with all the information you need to make the most of your stay in our apartment: House rules; QR code instructions for appliances and electrical devices; QR code information for Granada's main monuments and tourist attractions, including official tickets; useful phone numbers; city transport; intercity transport; nearby medical services; free and paid parking; tourist information for the province of Granada; and information on shops and services in the Los Pajaritos neighborhood, where the apartment is located.


In addition, the living room features a comfortable sofa and an armchair. You'll also find all the glassware you need in a cabinet in the same room: champagne flutes, water glasses, white and red wine glasses, tumblers, cups, and plates. Furthermore, if you're visiting with children, we provide special plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery just for them.


In the same open-plan living and dining area, featuring a large central island with a retractable power outlet and USB ports, you'll find the bright and airy kitchen, equipped with everything you could possibly need: an induction hob, extractor hood, frying pans, saucepans, cutlery and cooking utensils, ovenproof dishes, an electric grill, a capsule coffee machine, an electric kettle, a juicer, a toaster, a blender, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washer-dryer, and a 100-liter electric water heater. In addition, the kitchen is stocked with kitchen roll, paper towels, a dish towel, a scouring pad, a dishcloth, washing machine capsules, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, aluminum foil, baking paper, plastic wrap, and kitchen accessories such as coffee capsules, herbal teas, cocoa powder, white and brown sugar, sweetener, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, and vinegar—all for individual use.


From this area, a glass-enclosed gallery leads to a room equipped for storing your luggage and other bulky items. Here, you'll find a complete first-aid kit, a fire extinguisher, and an electric vacuum cleaner. Inside the wardrobe in this room, you'll find, should you need them, a bucket and mop, a dustpan and broom, a laundry basket and an indoor aluminum drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.


Next to the living-dining room, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a 180cm double bed and the other with a 90cm single bed. The first bedroom, located on a corner of the building, has one wall entirely made of glass and, through another glass door, access to the terrace. It includes a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, a tall chest of drawers, a bench, and a mirror. The second bedroom has a large window that offers sunlight throughout the day, as there are no buildings opposite. It is furnished with an open wardrobe, a bench, a bedside table, a lamp with adjustable lighting, and two USB ports. For your complete comfort and optimal rest, both bedrooms feature Flex Hotel Collection mattresses, from Flex's hotel furnishings range.


Next to these two bedrooms is a full bathroom, with a shower with a rain shower head and glass screen, equipped with a large sink, mirrored cabinet, stool, hangers and individual use cases, with personal hygiene products and accessories: shampoo, bath gel, hand soap, razor and shaving cream, shoe cleaning sponge and sewing kit and disposable slippers.

In the hallway leading to the apartment, you'll find another bedroom with a 150cm double bed, also with a Flex Hotel Collection mattress from Flex's hotel furnishings range. It includes a wardrobe, mirror, clothes rack, bench, bedside tables, and lamps. Next to this bedroom is another full bathroom with a rain shower and glass enclosure, equipped with a large sink, mirrored cabinet, stool, hooks, and individual toiletries and accessories: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, razor and shaving cream, shoe cleaning sponge, sewing kit, and disposable slippers. This bathroom also has a hairdryer and a stainless steel grab bar in the shower.


All bedrooms are furnished with bed linens, pillows, hypoallergenic microfiber duvets, bath and hand towels, blankets, spare linens, and hangers in the wardrobes. The apartment features free high-speed Wi-Fi (750 MB fiber optic) that only requires scanning a QR code to access, air conditioning (heating and cooling) in all rooms, all remote controls are sanitized and packaged in bags to ensure disinfection, all lighting is LED, all windows are double-glazed for greater energy efficiency and have blackout blinds throughout the apartment. We will provide you with two sets of sanitized and individually packaged apartment keys. Additionally, you will find a hand sanitizer dispenser in the kitchen.

Just a few meters from the apartment, there are several supermarkets, and you'll also find: butchers, fishmongers, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, ATMs, takeaway food, bars and restaurants with terraces for breakfast, lunch or dinner, coffee and drinks; pastry shops and ice cream parlors, a newsstand, fruit shops, organic food stores, a tobacconist, a gym, beauty salons, barbershops, mechanic shops, computer repair shops, laundromats and clothing alterations, a hardware store, perfumeries, car and bicycle rentals, etc. In less than two minutes, at Plaza de la Caleta, you'll find taxi ranks, the Metro, and city buses.


For your convenience, we offer free check-in at a pre-arranged time and 11:00 AM check-out, although we can accommodate other times upon request and subject to availability. We also offer complimentary luggage storage after your departure (subject to availability and prior request). Additionally, we provide a crib, highchair, audio baby monitor, and bed rail as complimentary amenities (subject to availability and prior request at the time of booking).

For your complete peace of mind, FAISÁN 20 is duly registered in the Tourism Registry of the Junta de Andalucía (license number VUT/GR/06284) and in the Single Digital Window for Rentals for tourist accommodation of the Ministry of Housing (registration number ESFCTU0000180180002954860000000000000000VFT/GR/062841), has complaint forms available to users, strictly complies with the provisions of the Ministry of the Interior regarding accommodation and follows a cleaning and disinfection protocol in accordance with the instructions of the health authorities.



Amenities

Public transport

The apartment is perfectly connected to all the city's public transport. Less than 2 minutes away, we find the Plaza de la Caleta, where there are city bus stops that connect us to the centre, the Bus Station or the Science Park. In the same square, we also have two taxi ranks, one in each direction of traffic.

Next to it, on Avenida de la Constitución, we have the "Caleta" Metro stop.

From the apartment, we can comfortably walk along the central boulevard of Avenida de la Constitución to reach, in 10 minutes, the Gran Vía, in the heart of Granada.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the Los Pajaritos neighbourhood. In the beginning, this neighbourhood was built around the train station and today it also houses the La Caleta Administrative Complex, with the Granada Courts, the Civil Registry, the Andalusian Employment Service and the Labour Inspection. In its vicinity, we can also find the Virgen de las Nieves Hospital Complex and the Fuentenueva Campus of the University of Granada.

The neighbourhood has all the necessary characteristics for you to enjoy maximum comfort during your stay in Granada: a quiet area, excellently connected, central and with all the necessary services in the neighbourhood itself.

Parking

In the streets surrounding the apartment you can park your vehicle for free in some streets, paying by parking meter in other streets or parking in one of the paid car parks located nearby.
